Dedicated and VPS customers have the choice of an unmanged or managed service. These guidelines cover what support we will provide in each case.
Unmanaged Servers
We will provide support to:
- Ensure the server is available to the internet.
- Reboot the server.
- Reinstall the operating system.
- Assist you with troubleshooting issues which prevent the server from booting or connecting to the network.
- Provision and troubleshoot firewall and remote access services to enable you and your authorised agents to access the server.
Unmanaged servers receive reactive support only, and are not pro-actively monitored by us.

We will provide support to:
- Ensure the server is connected to the internet.
- Reboot the server.
